FIORIE Refund Policy

At FIORIE, each item is handmade with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of handmade and made-to-order products, please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing.

All hand made or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Once production has begun, we cannot accept cancellations or refunds as each piece is being handmade and fabric has been purchased. 

It will be stated in item description if item is being handmade or manufactured.

At FIORIE, each piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted to embody timeless elegance and effortless style. We truly hope you adore your purchase; however, should you need to make a return of our manufactured items, our team is here to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.

Returns

We gladly accept returns of manufactured items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • Returned with all tags and packaging intact

  • No marks, makeup residue or  perfume odour

Please note that for hygiene reasons or if we have had certain garments handmade, certain garments will not be eligible to a refund. This will be clearly stated on the description of the garment. So please read description before purchasing.

Fiorie reserves the right to refuse or reduce a refund if the product does not comply with Fiories returns policy.

Items rejected by our team will be sent back you.

If you proceed to fraudulently return your item and request charge back we will refer all your details on to the police as this is fraud and will not be tolerated by our company.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10-14 working days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do offer exchanges but only with manufactured items. If you’d like a different size or style, please email us at fiorieattire@gmail.com and we will assist you with your exchange.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the rare event you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at fiorielimited@gmail.com, please include your order number and clear images. Our customer care team will resolve this for you promptly. Please note we are not liable for any damage to the item once worn, washed or dry cleaned.

Sale Items

Please note that sale and discounted items are non-refundable.

Delivery Delays

While we work closely with our couriers to ensure timely delivery, FIORIE cannot be held responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

If tracking says the item has been delivered and you contact us saying you have not receive the item please contact the courier service chosen as we are not liable.
